THE POWER OF SHAMANIC CIRCLE AT FUSION YOGA STUDIO!

During the shamanic journey – while relaxing in a sitting position or laying down and while following the beat of the drum and the shake of the rattle – you will be guided into a meditative state to access higher spiritual wisdom and guidance to gain insight, restore balance, and promote healing.

A drumming time will follow as a celebration of our time together and to expand the group consciousness. While attuning to the rhythm of the drum, the rattle, or any sound maker, we create a powerful resonance with each other, with the earth, with life itself to flow in the energy of healing and love.

Join us to honor and experience the essence of a shamanic way of being, which is to live in constant connection with our soul, to nature, and all living things. Let’s together work very consciously with the “Web of Life,” which is the invisible energetic web that connects us all and from which empowerment and healing is received!

IMPORTANT!

• Everyone is welcome, including children 10 & up (cost is the same for all.)
• We ask you to arrive at 2:45 pm to get settled and start on time.
• No experience is needed with shamanic journey or drumming.
• If you have a drum or rattle (or any sound maker,) bring it along! We have a few extras to share. You’ll also be invited to play with the Buffalo Mother Drum!
• Bring your own blankets or use the ones available at the studio to lay down on the wood floor during the journey.
• Some chairs are available or bring your own if you need a special back support.
• Bring your eye covers for a most comfortable experience during the journey.
• Bring any sacred item(s) you’d like to place on the altar.
• Water to drink in a closed container.
• Invite and bring your friends!
