SACRED THANKSGIVING SHAMANIC CIRCLE!

Gratitude, is a healing, life-affirming, and uplifting human experience that shifts us from focusing on the negative to appreciating what is positive in our lives. Gratitude provided us with a more intimate connection to ourselves and the world around us.
A Drumming Circle is an opportunity to form a group consciousness sharing the rhythm of the sacred beat of the drum while resonating with each other and the earth as a whole, where we flow in the energy of healing and love. A Drumming Circle is based on equality and union as there is no head or tail and includes all people becoming one.
Join Mariscela, Theodore and the Buffalo Mother Drum to celebrate each other in the Spirit of Thanksgiving. This sacred circle is offered as a clear symbol of Unity and connection where we will be:
♥ Creating a sacred space in the Native American tradition.
♥ Participating in a sacred candlelight ceremony of giving thanks.
♥ Honoring yourself by expressing gratitude for who you are!
♥ Celebrating this time of giving and receiving with drumming, dancing and chanting.

IMPORTANT!
- This is an indoor circle for women and, men.
- We ask you to arrive at 6:45 pm to get settled and start on time.
- The front door will be locked at 7:10 pm. If you arrive after, please enter through the back door in the back of the building (by the parking lot.)
- Bring your drums & rattles or any sound maker. We have a few extra drums and rattles to share.
- Bring a chair if you need more back support or use the blankets from the studio to sit on the wood floor.
- Bring any sacred item(s) you’d like to place on the altar.
- Water to drink in a closed container.
- Invite and bring your friends!
