One Day Retreat in Penn Valley

This one-day retreat is designed for anyone (women and men) who would like to receive food for the body, mind and soul by learning and practicing healthy ways of living and making new friends in the Spirit of Joy!

Together we’ll practice:

  • Yoga exercises designed to cultivate a healthy digestive system.
  • Meditation for Mind Expansion to unite with the Supreme Consciousness.
  • Kirtan, a devotional practice through chanting mantras and, Lalita Markima, a gentle dancing to open the Heart.
  • A healthy vegetarian cooking class. We’ll prepare barbeque vegetables, Indonesian Nasi Goreng rice, Rahn salad with creamy dressing and a Vietnamese desert!
  • Chi Kung exercises and conscious breathing to move gracefully and gently through life.
  • Conscious Connected Breathwork to open our Sacred Heart to the ecstasy of giving and receiving Love as One.
  • Connecting with each other in the Spirit of Joy!

COST: Please be sure to send your payment before the event as we need to know the number of participants to provide the ingredients for the cooking class!
