INVOKING YOUR INNER RHYTHMS WITH A SACRED DRUMMING CIRCLE!

Join Mariscela, Theodore, and the Buffalo Mother Drum to connect one heart beat at a time!
Within this sacred circle, Mariscela and Theodore invite participants to gather in community and experience the transformative power of rhythm. Through drumming, the heartbeat begins to meet the beat of the drum—and the drum becomes an invitation to remember our connection with Goddess Gaia, our ancestral Mother Earth, whose rhythms sustain and nurture life.
As the energy of the circle builds, participants will be invited to connect with their own inner guidance and the wisdom carried through ancestral traditions. The drum has long been used as a sacred bridge between ordinary and non-ordinary reality. Its rhythm can support meditation, spiritual connection, communal healing, and a deeper awareness of the relationship between body, spirit, community, and the natural world.
This experiential circle may include drumming, singing, chanting, movement, dancing, stillness, and silence. Each person is encouraged to participate in the way that feels most natural and authentic to them. Together, the circle becomes a place to celebrate one another, raise collective resonance, and reconnect with the natural rhythms of creation.
Mariscela and Theodore offer this gathering as a joyful invitation to remember that energy flows where intention goes. By bringing our individual rhythms into harmony with one another, we create space for personal healing, collective connection, and greater balance for the generations that follow. One heartbeat at a time.
