During the shamanic journey – while relaxing in a sitting position and while following the beat of the drum and the shake of the rattle – you will be guided into a meditative state to access higher spiritual wisdom and guidance to gain insight, restore balance, and promote healing.
A drumming time will follow as a celebration of our time together and to expand the group consciousness. While attuning to the rhythm of the drum, the rattle, or any sound maker, we create a powerful resonance with each other, with the earth, with life itself to flow in the energy of healing and love.
Join us to honor and experience the essence of a shamanic way of being, which is to live in constant connection with our soul, to nature, and all living things. Let’s together work very consciously with the “Web of Life,” which is the invisible energetic web that connects us all and from which empowerment and healing is received!

- We ask you to arrive at 5:45 pm to get settled and start on time.
- Bring your drums, rattles or any sound maker. We’ll have a few extras to share.
- Bring any sacred item(s) you’d like to place on the altar.
- Water to drink in a closed container.
- Invite and bring your friends!
