DESCRIPTION:“…I hear a drum in my soul’s ear coming from the depths of the stars…” ~ Rumi \n  \nDuring the shamanic journey – while relaxing in a sitting position or laying down and while following the beat of the drum and the shake of the rattle – you will be guided into a meditative state to access higher spiritual wisdom and guidance to gain insight\, restore balance\, and promote healing. \nA drumming time will follow as a celebration of our time together and to expand the group consciousness. While attuning to the rhythm of the drum\, the rattle\, or any sound maker\, we create a powerful resonance with each other\, with the earth\, with life itself to flow in the energy of healing and love. \nJoin us to honor and experience the essence of a shamanic way of being\, which is to live in constant connection with our soul\, to nature\, and all living things. We have a few extras to share. You’ll also be invited to play with the Buffalo Mother Drum!\nBring your own blankets or use the ones available at the studio to lay down on the wood floor during the journey.\nSome chairs are available or bring your own if you need a special back support.\nBring your eye covers for a most comfortable experience during the journey.\nBring any sacred item(s) you’d like to place on the altar.\nWater to drink in a closed container.\nInvite and bring your friends!
