SUMMARY:AUTUMN EQUINOX CELEBRATION WITH SACRED CACAO & DESPACHO OFFERING!
DESCRIPTION:“Autumn shows us how beautiful it is to let things go” \nJoin us in sacred circle for a special ceremony to welcome this Autumn Equinox\, which marks the time of “balance” between the light and the darkness\, when we’ll journey inwards for self-contemplation and deep connection with our sacred heart. \nOur circle will be guided by Ceremonial Cacao\, which has been used for centuries in many cultures as a healing ally to let go of heavy emotions locked in the body\, while activating the sacred heart center. With an open heart we’ll commune with our Mother Earth in the Spirit of Ayni or sacred reciprocity represented in our despacho offering. \nJoin Mariscela and Theodore in sacred ceremony to walk the journey from light through twilight into darkness. During our time together we will: \n\nOpen a sacred container by calling the assistance and blessings of the directions in the Native American tradition.\nCreate and intimate moment of self-reflection while opening the heart during “Cacao Ceremony.”\nCreate a “despacho” offering in the Andean tradition\, as a prayer bundle to honor and connect with Mother Earth.\nCelebrate our sacred ceremony while drumming and chanting.\n\nLocation: Private Residence in Sacramento – near Watt and Marconi\nAdress will be provided after you register! \nPre-Registration or RSVP is highly appreciated to secure your Sacred Cacao.\nMariscela: 530-863-0003\, ma@fyspirit.com\n\nEnergy Exchange: Sliding Scale: $30 to $50\nPay through Zelle: ma@fyspirit.com\nVenmo: account.venmo.com/u/freeyourspirit  – PayPal:  paypal.me/mariscelaalvarez\nPlease be sure it is sent to Free Your Spirit\, which is my “business” account. \n\nIMPORTANT TO KNOW ABOUT CEREMONIAL CACAO: \n\nThe cacao we honor is 100% Peruvian cacao\, ceremonial grade\, organic and\, vegan.\nA cacao ceremony is a type of Shamanic Healing\, but it doesn’t produce “hallucinogenic” or out of body effects.\nCacao is not sustainable for anyone with chocolate\, nut\, chili or spice allergies.\nCacao is not recommended for anyone with heart conditions or high blood pressure\, as cacao increases blood flo9w to the brain and the heart.\nDo not take cacao if you take high doses or SSRI/anti-depressant medications and/or suffer from severe mental illness. If you’re sensitive to caffeine or if pregnant (especially 1st trimester.)\nIf any of the above applies to you\, a “rose tea” option can be available so you can still highly benefit from the energy of the circle and other activities. Please send your request!\n\n...AND MORE: \n\nSpace is limited to 12 participants\, so please register on time.\nThis is and OUTDOOR circle for women\, men and children ages 10 & up.\nWe ask you to arrive at 3:45 pm to get settled and start on time.\nDo not eat a big meal prior to the ceremony.\nBring your drums & rattles or any sound maker.\nPlease drink plenty of water before and after taking the sacred cacao.\nBring anything you would like to place in the altar to be charged with the power of our circle.\nBring water to drink in a closed container.\nWe suggest nourishing yourself after the circle\, by enjoying a relaxed rest of your day.
