During our time together we will receive: \n        ♥ The sacredness of ritual as we gather in circle representing creation\, unity\, and equality with the freedom to be our authentic Self. \n        ♥ The gift of ceremonial cacao as a “heart-opener” from where we can become the recipient of Love in its highest expression. \n        ♥ The guidance of this Full Moon in Gemini\, an auspicious lunation to think differently and to nourish our mind with a vast imagination around new ideas and connectivity. \n        ♥ The spiritual inspiration of a candlelight ritual as a symbol of illumination\, remembrance\, and the light of life. \n♥ Energy Exchange: Your heart’s desire ♥\nPlease RSVP to prepare your Sacred Cacao.  Mariscela at 530-863-0003\, ma@fyspirit.com \n\nIMPORTANT TO KNOW ABOUT CEREMONIAL CACAO: \n\nThe cacao we honor is 100% Peruvian cacao\, ceremonial grade\, organic and\, vegan.\nA cacao ceremony is a type of Shamanic Healing\, but it doesn’t produce “hallucinogenic” or out of body effects.\nCacao is not sustainable for anyone with chocolate\, nut\, chili or spice allergies.\nCacao is not recommended for anyone with heart conditions or high blood pressure\, as cacao increases blood flow to the brain and the heart.\nDo not take cacao if you take high doses or SSRI/anti-depressant medications and/or suffer from severe mental illness. If you’re sensitive to caffeine or if pregnant (especially 1st trimester.)\nIf any of the above applies to you\, an “herbal tea” option can be available so you can still highly benefit from the energy of the circle and other activities!\n\nWHAT TO BRING: \n\nAny sacred item (s) you’d like to place in the altar.\nA bottle with water to drink.\n\nSUGGESTIONS:  \n\nDo not eat a big meal prior to the ceremony.\nWe ask you to arrive at 6:15 pm to get settled and start on time.\nPlease drink plenty of water before and after taking the sacred cacao.\nNourish yourself after the circle\, by enjoying a relaxed rest of your evening.\nYou’re welcome to invite and bring your friends!\n\nPARKING: \n\nAfter coming into the main entrance\, follow the road straight all the way down to the very end\, where the Clubhouse is located.\nAs you approach the Clubhouse from the parking lot\, there are two entrances. This connection begins by discovering the reality of our divine essence\, constantly emanating love and joy from the heart center. \nGive yourself a moment of pause in between the busy holidays and join Mariscela and Theodore in sacred ceremony.
