DESCRIPTION:“From your first breath to your last\, breath is your greatest ally and resource on a journey to lasting transformation.” ~  Anthony Abbagnano\n \nAs Dan Brule expresses on his book\, Just Breath\, “Once our breathing is full and free\, healthy and natural\, once it is restored or raised to an optimal level\, then it automatically becomes a therapeutic tool.  They body and breath can be used to heal the mind\, and the mind and breath can be used to heal the body.” \nIf you have already joined our in-person group sessions or done a one-on-one session with us\, you know how powerful your breath is when guided to be Conscious and Connected.  This breathing technique is usually done breathing in and out through the mouth and accompanied by music. Gratitude provides us with a more intimate connection to ourselves and the world around us.  In the feeling of gratitude\, the spiritual is experienced.” ~ Deepak Chopra\n\n\nDuring the shamanic journey – while relaxing in a sitting position and while following the bet of the drum and the shake of the rattle – you will be guided into a meditative state to access higher spiritual wisdom and guidance to gain insight\, restore balance\, and promote healing. \nA drumming time will follow as a celebration of our time together and to expand the group consciousness.
