SUMMARY:GRATITUDE SHAMANIC CIRCLE!
DESCRIPTION:“Gratitude\, is a healing\, life-affirming\, and uplifting human experience that shifts us from focusing on the negative to appreciating what is positive in our lives. Gratitude provides us with a more intimate connection to ourselves and the world around us.  In the feeling of gratitude\, the spiritual is experienced.” ~ Deepak Chopra\n\n\nDuring the shamanic journey – while relaxing in a sitting position and while following the bet of the drum and the shake of the rattle – you will be guided into a meditative state to access higher spiritual wisdom and guidance to gain insight\, restore balance\, and promote healing. \nA drumming time will follow as a celebration of our time together and to expand the group consciousness. While attuning to the rhythm of the drum\, the rattle\, or any sound maker\, we create a powerful resonance with each other\, with the earth\, with life itself to flow in the energy of healing and love.\n \n\n\nIn the Spirit of Thanksgiving\, join Mariscela\, Theodore and the Buffalo Mother Drum to create a circle of “gratitude” as a healing and more intimate connection to ourselves and the world around us.  This is the time to celebrate each other in a sacred circle offered as a clear symbol of Unity and connection where we all be: \n\n\n\nCreating a sacred space in the Native American tradition.\nParticipating in a sacred candlelight ceremony of giving thanks.\nHonoring yourself by expressing gratitude for who you are!\nCelebrating this time of giving and receiving with drumming\, dancing and chanting. \n\n\nEnergy Exchange: Sliding Scale: $20 to $30 \nPay through Zelle: ma@fyspirit.com\nVenmo: account.venmo.com/u/freeyourspirit  – PayPal:  paypal.me/mariscelaalvarez \nIf paying in cash the day of the event\, please RSVP to Mariscela at 530-863-0003\, ma@fyspirit.com \n\nIMPORTANT!  \n\nThis is an INDOOR circle for women\, men\, and children ages 10 and up.\nWe ask you to arrive at 5:45 pm to get settled and start on time.\nBring your drums\, rattles or any sound maker. We’ll have a few extras to share.\nBring any sacred item(s) you’d like to place on the altar.\nWater to drink in a closed container.\nInvite and bring your friends!
