DESCRIPTION:This one-day retreat is designed for anyone (women and men) who would like to receive food for the body\, mind and soul by learning and practicing healthy ways of living and making new friends in the Spirit of Joy! \nTogether we’ll practice: \n\nYoga exercises designed to cultivate a healthy digestive system.\nMeditation for Mind Expansion to unite with the Supreme Consciousness.\nKirtan\, a devotional practice through chanting mantras and\, Lalita Markima\, a gentle dancing to open the Heart.\nA healthy vegetarian cooking class.
